The Students
Classroom learning is only part of our educational package in the Department of Mass Communications.
We also offer a wide variety of professional organizations that allow our students to get professional experience, build their portfolios and get an inside look at the industries they are preparing to enter.
That means our students abilities have been proven before they even graduate!
In 2007, our students were winners of a National Emmy and National SPJ 1st Place Newscast. In 2008, our students were repeat winners coming home with another National Emmy Award.
Whether it’s advertising, broadcasting, journalism or public relations we provide education and real world opportunities for our students.
